I shopped yesterday and was like a kid in a candy store! The selection of seasonal decor and crafting supplies was INCREDIBLE!!! The shelves were well stocked. I found EVERYTHING needed to make a Halloween themed wreath. Staff were busy putting out Christmas items, and in a festive mood! The checkout process at the kiosk was pleasant thanks to the assistance of the very friendly attendant that helped with entering coupons for maximum saving!

All Arts and crafts materials available under one roof at moderate price. All the tailoring materials, tools, sewing machines and fabrics are available in wide ranges to suit different needs. Kid's jewellery items, drawing brushes, colouring paints, pencils and kits are available. You will definitely enjoy your shopping.

Came in for a clock mechanism but unfortunately they didn't have any. The store was otherwise well stocked and clean. Lots of other shoppers, very lively and clean environment. Possibly a little understaffed, I had a hard time finding an associate to help me find what I was looking for, and when I did they didn't seem too sure if they had the product or where it might be. I still did appreciate the help I did get, tbe associate was very nice and seemed to be newish so I understand.

They shelve are pretty much empty and we can't find what we're looking for. Except the seasonal ones. With all the things that's happening and the cargo ships stuck on the water. Stores are not getting the merchandise or supplies so just be patient and thank you😊 …

5 stars for Framing department, especially a kind gentleman named Robert. He fixed the broken glass of a picture frame that I had put off fixing in fear of damaging it, in a matter of minutes. I expected to keep the frame for a couple of days, but he came out with brand new glass fit for the frame in 15 mins. He also kindly advised on the scratches that formed because of the broken glass. I can't thank Robert enough because this picture frame had a great sentimental value for me. Michaels' store managers, if you're reading this review, please take good care of this gentleman Robert from the framing department; he's a very valuable employee and a genuinely nice person! Thanks a bunch, Robert!

Sloppy Work from Custom Framing I brought in an existing custom mat that I wanted to replace with a different color. I asked the staff member to measure to make one to match that template exactly. What I got back was between 1/4 and a 1/2 inch too short on both dimensions. I had the original mat with me at pickup of the new mat and pointed this out, and the staff member told me to “go check and see if it works” before they’d order a new one. Not very professional service in my experience.

Michaels is Michaels. They're overpriced unless there is a 40% off sale. I refuse to shop there otherwise, unless I have coupons. Their loot has gotten better. It suits more tastes and they have some really cool stuff.

A frame I ordered online arrived broken, but after explaining the situation to a staff member, they gave me a replacement right away. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
